OH YAYYYYY FOR SPRING BREAK!!!!! I was completely exhausted by the time Friday came... BUT we loaded up our car, got Miss Priss ready for bed and at 7:45 we left town for Lollie and Pops' house in Arkansas! WOW!!! Ava slept the entire 7 hour drive (exactly what I hoped).... She was a little trooper, yet again! This was her first "trip" for such a long period of time. Saturday night Chad, his Dad and I were able to attend a Chris Tomlin/Louie Giglio concert at ASU which is only 5 minutes from their house. We truly enjoyed the concert, it was a wonderful time of worship, praising The King of Kings. Lollie and Mamaw (Chad's grandmother) stayed home with the diva. When we got home she was OUT. She slept 9 hours straight that night!!!!!!! I got up several times during the night to check on her--I just couldn't believe it. Sunday was church. And she did great. She sat in my lap and talked to me, flirted with her Daddy trying to keep his attention on her and not on the sermon. Mamaw and I just sat and laughed. I know my shoulders were going up and down up and down. Sorry Alan... I was listening, also. ; ) We had a great time with in AR, good memories made. And Miss Priss got great snuggle time with her grandparents.

| My favorites. She was done with the photo shoot I was enjoying... So, Daddy rescued her. |
 |
| Can you tell I am EXHAUSTED in this picture? We ended up snuggling up in the big red recliner for a 2 hr nap! |
We had a great time visiting family. We also were able to take Mamaw back to her home which allowed us a nice visit with her that we will always cherish. She bonded with Miss Priss (and Miss just LOVED her). Chad was great--he made the drive there and home, packed our car both ways, ran errands before the trip and kept A on schedule in the process. My husband is great... OH, and he kept up his running while we were gone! I'm SOO Proud of him!
Last night we had Katie and Cody over for the first time since we've had a little one in the house! We just love spending time with them.
Today, I get my Valentine's gift from Chad--an overnight trip, complete with a couple's massage, mani/pedi and time for us. This will be our first time away from A, and I will miss her. But I want to enjoy Chad. Miss Priss will be loved by her Grammie and Grandpa! Let Spring Break fun continue!
